King George is wearing new clothes as of today. He wears a brand new, strikingly avant-garde king’s robe and resides on a strategically strong but atypical throne. From there, King George will look even further across the realm, will break elans and set trends even more quickly and promises to leave a pinch of royalness behind even more often, wherever he goes. Atypical & avant-garde

While The Mad King of England – King George III – was inhibited in his boisterous behavior and excitements, King George has been keeping the madness alive for more than a decade. “King George does what is not expected, we set new standards and set trends,” says Creative Director Nicolas Block. “King George means being contrarian, saying what is not expected and thinking beyond where someone else stops.”

The old corporate identity had become too restrictive for all that debauchery. “The corporate identity still worked, but no longer met our drive to be innovative,” says Art Director Jan Verbelen. “With this avant-garde branding, we put digital first. We combine atypical color combinations with a glitchy animation style and match modern and medieval in a variety of fonts. We don’t follow trends or style, but we define the future with it.”

The madness continues…

The new website is also groundbreaking and completely independent of any existing model. “This website more than ever tells what we do and what we stand for,” Nicolas explains. “We show how we work 360 degrees, what we proudly accomplished in recent years, and what we have achieved both nationally and internationally.
