Cras Inside Out Event
31-01-2024
Request Cras: We aim to organize a two-day event at the Waregem expo for all our customers – approximately 1250 attendees. The goal is to create a thematic experience, with an original layout for the 4500m2 floor area, unique and uniform booth concepts for our brand partners (40 in total), clear pathways, distinctive lecture spaces, exquisite catering, and modularity to host our staff party at the same location over the weekend following the two-day expo.
King George approach
Our interior and graphic design team embarked on the project with ‘Inside Out’ as the central theme. The entrance was designed to immediately immerse visitors in an “experience.” King George opted for an abstract material forest where all Cras products were integrated – complete with singing birds.
The exhibition hall took on an organic form with a clear color scheme for carpeting and decoration, along with a uniform booth concept for all Cras partners. Clear signage, themed invitations, concept islands with material explanations, and creatively arranged catering points made this event surpass all standards. This resulted in a high number of visitors, with 95% of Cras clients finding it worthwhile to come to Waregem. A true custom experience realized in just one month, from briefing to event.
Outcome
1250 enthusiastic Cras customers attended the event, along with 40 enthusiastic exhibitors and 600 employees who enjoyed a fantastic staff party. The combination of inspiration through workshops, mood boards, and original informational concepts was highly appreciated, as were the unique layout, cozy atmosphere, and catering.
