How can we position a city that is politically complex, where every party, department and individual has a different vision of a policy plan as an ambitious city centre? King George exhaustively sifted through all internal documents, put on the glasses of the Sint-Niklazen citizen and then devised a strategy that would make it easier and clearer to communicate both internally and externally.
